1. Information We Collect and Process

Pharmacy POS operates primarily as an offline business management utility. Here is how information is handled:

A. Local Business & Inventory Data (Saved on Device Only)

When you use the application, you enter business information such as:

• Medicine names, formulas, batch numbers, rack locations, cost prices, and retail prices.
• Customer names, telephone numbers, and sales transaction logs.
• Invoices, profit summaries, expense records, and stock alerts.

Storage location: This data is stored strictly in your device's internal SQLite database (or encrypted sandbox storage). It never leaves your phone unless you explicitly use the "Database Backup" or "Share Receipt" feature to export a file yourself.

B. Hardware Identification for Offline Licensing

To prevent software piracy and validate the 5-day evaluation trial and one-time activation license, the application reads a cryptographic device identifier (Device ID) generated via device_info_plus and flutter_secure_storage.

• The identifier is processed locally with SHA-256 cryptographic hashing.
• It is not linked to your personal identity, contacts, browsing history, or payment cards.
• It is only transmitted when you voluntarily tap "Contact Support via WhatsApp" to request an activation key.

2. Device Permissions and Why We Request Them

To provide essential point-of-sale functionality (printing receipts, scanning barcodes, taking backups), the app may request specific system permissions. Each permission is used strictly for its declared purpose:

Unlike many commercial apps, Asaan Pharmacy:

• Does NOT include advertising networks (No AdMob, No Unity Ads, No Facebook Ads).
• Does NOT include behavioral tracking or spyware SDKs.
• Does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or broker your pharmacy sales or patient records to any third party.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all database records reside entirely in local device storage:

• You maintain 100% ownership and custody of your records at all times.
• You can back up your database at any time using the built-in "Export Backup" feature.
• You can completely wipe all data by uninstalling the app or tapping "Clear App Storage" in your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is a professional business inventory and billing software intended for pharmacists, store owners, and pharmacy technicians. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

6. Security of Your Information

We use industry-standard precautions to keep your data safe:

• Local database isolation provided by Android and iOS sandboxed app containers.
• Cryptographic integrity verification to protect backup files and software licenses.
• No unencrypted remote database syncing.
